Processing Time All Old Soul Threads pieces are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship via USPS within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. Delivery times vary by service selected at checkout but typically range from 2–8 business days after shipment.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

US Shipping Only At this time, Old Soul Threads ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

Lost or Damaged Packages We take great care in packaging every order. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with USPS to resolve the issue.
